In 2019, the first day of summer occurs on June 21 at 10:54 AM EDT. Midsummer or the summer solstice marks the longest day of the year and is one of the festivals on the Wiccan Wheel of the Year. According to Wiccan traditions, Midsummer is an ideal time for spells and rituals to find direction and the determination to resolve unsolved problems. You may ask yourself, “What have I accomplished so far? What is still left to do before the end of the summer?”
